Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't quite right, here's how returns work.

14-Day Return Window

You can return any item within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it is unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the order confirmation.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 14 days of delivery.
  2. We'll send you a return shipping label (free for defective items; AED 20 for other returns).
  3. Pack the item in its original packaging and hand it to the courier.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is processed within 5–7 business days.

Refund Method

  • Card payments: Refunded to the original card within 5–7 business days.
  • Cash on Delivery: Refunded as store credit or bank transfer.
  • Tabby / Tamara: Refund processed through the BNPL provider; remaining installments cancelled.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Personal care items (epilators, skincare devices) that have been opened/used for hygiene reasons
  • Items missing original packaging or accessories
  • Items returned after 14 days

Defective Items

If you receive a defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll cover return shipping and either replace it or refund you in full.

نافذة إرجاع 14 يوم

يمكنك إرجاع أي منتج خلال 14 يوماً من استلامه، شريطة أن يكون غير مستخدم وفي عبوته الأصلية ومرفقاً بتأكيد الطلب.

كيفية بدء عملية الإرجاع

  1. تواصل معنا عبر واتساب أو البريد الإلكتروني خلال 14 يوماً من التوصيل.
  2. سنرسل لك ملصق شحن الإرجاع (مجاني للمنتجات المعيبة؛ 20 درهم للإرجاع الآخر).
  3. قم بتغليف المنتج في عبوته الأصلية وسلمه لمندوب الشحن.
  4. بمجرد استلامنا وفحص المنتج، يتم استرداد المبلغ خلال 5-7 أيام عمل.

طريقة الاسترداد

  • الدفع بالبطاقة: يُرد إلى البطاقة الأصلية خلال 5-7 أيام عمل.
  • الدفع عند الاستلام: يُرد كرصيد متجر أو تحويل بنكي.
  • تابي / تمارا: يُعالج الاسترداد عبر مزود الخدمة؛ يتم إلغاء الأقساط المتبقية.

منتجات غير قابلة للإرجاع

  • المنتجات التالفة بسبب سوء الاستخدام
  • منتجات العناية الشخصية التي تم فتحها/استخدامها لأسباب صحية
  • المنتجات بدون العبوة الأصلية أو الملحقات
  • المنتجات المرتجعة بعد 14 يوماً

المنتجات المعيبة

إذا استلمت منتجاً معيباً، تواصل معنا خلال 48 ساعة من التوصيل. نتحمل تكاليف الشحن ونقوم إما باستبداله أو إعادة المبلغ كاملاً.
