Delivery Areas

We currently ship across the UAE and select GCC countries (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman). All prices are displayed in AED (UAE Dirhams).

Free Shipping

Enjoy free shipping on all orders over AED 150. Orders below this threshold are subject to a standard shipping fee displayed at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery across the UAE and select GCC cities. COD availability will be confirmed at checkout based on your delivery address.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation (or order placement for COD). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery Timeframes

UAE: 3–5 business days
GCC countries: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or courier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your shipment directly with the assigned courier.

Customs & Duties

For GCC deliveries, any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. drpd.ae is not responsible for any delays caused by customs authorities.
